While you run, you are going to bring your knees up as high as they can go, making sure to alternate them. Aim to do this for 45 – 60 seconds.
Push up Jumps – This is a workout you may want to avoid if you have trouble doing regular push ups. Perform the basic movements you would do for a basic push up, lowering your body down while keeping your back as straight as possible. When you push yourself up and reach the very top of the push up, you are going to push your entire body off the ground and when you land, lower yourself back down to push yourself back up again off the ground. Try to get 10 push-ups in before you stop, but if you cannot make it, just try to do as many as you can.
